The North Tarrant Express redesigned 13.3 miles of the I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth, opening in October 2014 with significant congestion reduction and mobility improvements. The NTE 35W project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway, featuring tolled express lanes and added capacity. The LBJ Express is a large P3 project along I-635 and I-35E to relieve congestion in north Dallas, with openings starting in September 2015 and notable congestion reductions. What makes us different?

The Senior Content & Design Specialist will help spearhead our customer-centric creative strategies focused on delivering a holistic, creative view of the LBJ/NTE/NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes. You will leverage strategic and creative skills to deliver impactful campaigns while partnering with business leaders, elected officials, outside partners and marketing channel owners. You will transform how the team communicates internally and externally, ensuring a consistent brand message and high quality. The primary function is to communicate our company’s value factors, features and benefits through graphic design, digital media/website content, video promos, infographics, newsletters, etc. You will develop innovative and informative content to amplify marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives. Position Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning and creative content management & curation for marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent corporate brand message Design, implement and facilitate marketing campaigns and support corporate affairs initiatives for the LBJ, NTE & NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes (e.g., toll discount promotions and corporate social responsibility campaigns) Develop a content roadmap for the company’s organic social media channels and email campaigns Monitor campaign results, analyze KPIs, and present analyses to leadership Oversee the contractual relationship with the marketing department’s suppliers and the work produced by marketing agencies and public affairs consultants Coordinate with Public Affairs to amplify corporate media plans and events with key influencers and stakeholders Create promotional content materials for digital channels, website, print collateral, and video promos (advanced graphic design, videography and photography skills mandatory) Support marketing and communication efforts with third-party stakeholders (e.g., NTTA, TxDOT, NCTCOG) All other duties as assigned Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Education & Experience: A minimum of 4 to 6+ years of relevant creative design, digital marketing and content management experience Prior experience in an agency setting strongly preferred Prior graphic design, videography and photography experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator/Creative Suite mandatory Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and to multitask with attention to detail Reporting and documentation skills; ability to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions Ability to establish and maintain effective relations with internal and external personnel Professional Qualities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with videography/photography tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Experience with editing website content and signup forms via a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus Experience with monitoring/publishing on social media channels (Hootsuite, Sprout, Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram) Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana) is a plus Ability to learn new software, systems and procedures Demonstrates imagination, creativity and originality; regularly contributes new ideas Candidates may be asked to submit content samples Work Environment & Physical Demands The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
