Overview
Our elite global Alternative Investment Management client is seeking to recruit a lateral Associate to support global institutional fundraising, capital formation, investor relations and business development objectives. Experience supporting Private Credit, Private Equity, Hybrid Capital and/or Insurance investing strategies required. Responsibilities
Support global institutional fundraising, capital formation, investor relations and business development objectives Develop, manage and distribute marketing and business development materials and presentations for investors and investor communication materials for internal stakeholders Proactively manage inquiries for current and prospective private investors including RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, non-disclosure agreements and ad hoc information requests Collaborate with investment teams and corporate strategy colleagues on platform growth projects Develop internal and external presentations including but not limited to, investor communications, legal documents, offering memoranda, investor reports and strategic communications Analyze competitors and develop actionable intelligence reports on the broader market and competitive landscape Work with team members to ensure the high-quality and consistency of business development presentations and investor marketing materials Assist team with the development best practices and execution of special projects Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record 3-6 years of alternative investing business development, capital formation or investor relations experience Experience supporting Private Credit, Private Equity, Hybrid Capital and/or Insurance investing strategies required Advanced analytical and business writing skills Highly motivated and driven with an exceptional work ethic Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing environment Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into easily consumable materials and presentations Advanced communication, interpersonal, presentation and client-facing skills Seniority level
