We develop in-house across Acquisitions, Development, Architectural Design and Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management. PCM Kinect is an emerging investment management company and a proud subsidiary of American Capital Group, specializing in real estate private equity. We are seeking an experienced investor relations and fundraising professional to raise capital, cultivate investor relationships, and establish scalable systems. Position Overview
Flexible Schedule:
Monday through Friday with start times between 6-9am PST and end times between 3-6pm PST (full 8-hour day). Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm PST. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. Location:
Fully onsite or fully remote (for those not local to the greater Bellevue, WA area). Travel may be required. Compensation Package

$150,000 - $300,000+ / Year Annual bonus and other compensation Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits (Employer pays 85% of employee premium) 401k with annual company match Paid sick leave (≈1.33 hours per 30 hours worked, ~11 days/year) Paid vacation starting at three weeks, increasing with tenure 14 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field 2–5 years of experience in investment management, real estate private equity, fundraising, capital markets, or related field Strong financial acumen, understanding of investment structures, performance metrics, and fund operations Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear investor messaging Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to work in a lean startup environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or investor portal experience a plus Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive, collaborative attitude Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Your Role
Support ongoing fundraising efforts with family offices, UHNWIs, RIAs, and institutional investors Prepare and update investor presentations, pitch decks, PPMs, and fundraising materials Manage investor pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and fundraising reporting Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, including agendas and follow-up materials Draft and distribute investor communications (quarterly updates, deal announcements, newsletters) Assist with due diligence requests, data room management, and investor inquiries Track fundraising metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes Operational Support
Help build operational infrastructure for compliance, reporting, and internal communications Support accounting, legal, and fund administration around closings, capital calls, and distributions Develop and maintain firm policies, templates, and standard operating procedures Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to support investment and fundraising Provide general administrative and strategic support to Managing Partners The responsibilities above are not all-inclusive.
