Seasonal Brick Specialist - Downtown Summerlin Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Summerlin, Nevada. Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages? Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until 1/11/2026, but that may change based on business needs. Responsibilities
Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions. Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times. Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and applying LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations. Qualifications / Requirements
Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Process information/merchandise through the register system. Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates. Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area. Physical requirements: ability to move, talk, hear, reach, stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; ability to lift at least 30 lbs. There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers. Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability, not a guarantee of 20 hours). Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $17.87-$18.87 based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
