Overview Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until January 11th, 2026 but that may change based on business needs.

Responsibilities
Greet every guest in your location, perform all cash register functions, and portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80% of duties).
Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%).
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Process information/merchandise through the register system.
Work various hours, including days, nights and weekends as business dictates.
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
Understand physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; lifting at least 30 lbs.
There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.
Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability does not guarantee 20 hours of scheduling).
Qualifications & Expectations
Ability to deliver engaging guest experiences and represent LEGO Brand Retail values.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise processing.
Comfort with moving through all store areas and handling physical tasks as described.
