The position reports to Finch House Recruiting, with the client being a large, multi-billion dollar privately owned company. Lead marketing and execution of
"Masonry Madness" , our premier competition at the World of Concrete trade show, plus management of 22 regional competitions as part of workforce development. Sales Enablement & Partnerships:
Partner with a 70+ person sales force across the US and Canada, delivering collateral and channel marketing strategies to win in a competitive market. Process Builder & Team Leadership:
Mentor a team of three (Executive Assistant, Digital Manager, Designer) and implement systems to elevate efficiency and impact. What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute the comprehensive brand marketing strategy to increase sales, market share, and industry influence. Manage all aspects of brand identity across packaging, website, sales collateral, and all marketing channels to ensure consistent, compelling messaging. Lead content strategy and creation, including video, digital content, press releases, and social media. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing with business objectives. Oversee marketing, sponsorship, and logistics for trade shows and events to cement industry leadership. Analyze market data and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth and brand differentiation. Work on-site in Atlanta five days a week, with periodic travel to Minnesota and key industry events. What You'll Bring (The Ideal Candidate)
Experience:
10+ years of progressive brand marketing in B2B, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Industry Acumen:
Experience in construction, building materials, material handling, or related industrial B2B sectors preferred. Strategic & Hands-On Leadership:
Ability to craft high-level plans and also execute copy, direction, and events. Organizational Skills:
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp) to run a multi-faceted marketing engine. Relationship Building:
Ability to engage with sales teams, partners, and contractors with credibility. Event Marketing Expertise:
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale trade shows or brand events. Seniority level
