The Manager, Corporate Communications is the “reporter of the business.” This person is an excellent storyteller and writer, a leader who can engage others, and a key collaborator who shapes the corporate communications strategy. The position will be responsible for guiding and developing the Communications Team while being the designated creative lead and culture champion. Responsibilities

Oversees the workflow and assignments of the Communications Team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal communication. Participates in the design and execution of the companywide communication strategy, in addition to supporting philanthropy and sustainability strategies. Prepares, develops, and implements crisis communications. Develops content and initiates editorial development, follow up, and measurement within an established deadline. Maintains all communication channels and platforms, intranet sites, TV signage, and emailing platforms. Manages posts/emails and handles removal and/or archival of expired or outdated content. Tracks and measures effectiveness of the site (e.g., Employee usage, open rates). Builds strong relationships with all levels of the organization when evaluating communication needs. Leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of communication materials (e.g., HR information, IT information, business updates, newsletters). Participates on special project teams. Performs other duties as assigned. Education

Bachelor's in Communications Years Of Experience
