QS Security Business Operations Director (NJUS)

Purpose of Position
Responsible for the top-level QS Security goals and budget management, including preparation of the QS Security department’s 10-year plan. Provides leadership for Security standards in communication, process, quality, and resource management. Tasks and Responsibilities
Establish plans, track, and report progress of QS Security Goals and Budgets. Develop metrics, monthly reporting, and processes to establish consistent status and measurement of the full scope of the QS Security Organizational Goals, including evaluation of the status of all contracts and infrastructure projects. Develop communication plans for all internal QS Security communications and external communications to NetJets business operations to ensure consistent quality and quantity of information about QS Security operations. Monitor workload and capacity of QS Security. Develop and maintain a resource capacity planning model for the entire staff and contractors. Facilitate resolution of capacity constraints and optimize resources across all security teams. Act as the primary liaison with Finance for QS Security budget management, including establishing and improving financial reporting processes related to the security goals and budget, and communicating with QS Security Management. Interface with NetJets Strategic Initiatives team as a partner in project prioritization and roadmapping. Build, develop, and direct the Business Operations team, establishing objectives aligned with overall and NetJets Inc. goals. Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science. Certifications and Licenses
