Overview: The DevOps / Technical Lead will oversee technical architecture, CI/CD automation, API integration, and infrastructure operations across AWS and MuleSoft environments. This role ensures high availability, scalability, and secure deployments. Core Responsibilities: Lead DevOps pipelines, version control, and automated testing/integration. Architect and maintain infrastructure in AWS and CMS VDCs. Manage MuleSoft runtime, Anypoint platform, and Kafka integration. Oversee Splunk and New Relic monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning. Ensure CI/CD and release management follow CMS lifecycle standards. Guide developers on API standards (REST, JSON, OpenAPI Spec). Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation best practices. Required Experience: 8+ years in DevOps or technical leadership roles. Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS). Experience with Kafka, GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools. Familiarity with CMS TRA, ARS 5.1, and federal security controls. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer (required). MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Developer (preferred). Kubernetes (CKA) or Terraform Associate (optional).
