Overview
MAGTF SAG Assessment Analyst (PTOC) with Security Clearance – Part-time
Responsibilities
Examine organizational structures and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and draft procedures for improvement.
Observe and secure information by assessing customers, processes, and reports; analyze data to determine relevant information and methods; record results and recommendations in a reporting format.
Required Qualifications
Selected personnel will have an adjudicated clearance with access up to TS/SCI.
Senior staff planning experience in Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff levels.
Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at conceptual, functional, and detailed levels for service and functional components, as well as joint headquarters organizations.
Completion of appropriate professional military education (e.g., Intermediate/Top Level School - ILS/TLS).
Knowledge of and experience with ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and related equipment; knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level.
Desired Skills / Qualifications
Senior+ Master’s Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of direct relevant experience (SME level).
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment Normal office environment.
Travel Approximately 15-20%, primarily to Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; and Okinawa, Japan.
