The Social Media Manager/Creator’s primary goal is to
drive brand awareness and engagement
by creating and executing standout social media content. From managing content calendars to producing on-trend videos and online discussions, this role ensures our agency and clients consistently show up online with creative, strategic, and scroll-stopping content. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored to AMPLIFY as well as client goals and brand voices. Create and manage content calendars across multiple clients and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, etc.). Produce engaging content—including graphics, copywriting, trending reels/TikToks, and interactive posts. Be comfortable appearing on-camera for client and agency social content. Visit client offices to capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and professional content. Collaborate with our video editor to storyboard, plan, and optimize video content. Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and best practices. Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. Partner with the PR team to ensure campaigns align with client and agency strategies. Qualifications
1+ year of social media experience in an
agency environment
(fast-paced, multi-client). Strong content creation skills—both written and visual. Comfortable on-camera and experienced in short-form video creation. Proficient in social media management tools. Experience with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Self-starter with a creative mindset and keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
