at NinjaOne to drive demand generation, awareness, and partner marketing within the MSP segment across North America. Collaborate with MSP sales, business development, partner teams, and the broader marketing organization to develop high-impact, relationship-first programs that deepen trust, showcase long-term value, and position NinjaOne as a strategic partner. This is a high-visibility, growth-critical role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands MSP go-to-market nuances, and brings a strategic, data-driven mindset. Design and run integrated campaigns across channels (ABM, field events, direct mail, webinars, email nurture, community activations) with a strong focus on demand generation and strategic value positioning. Own full lifecycle of regional programs from planning to execution and performance reporting; manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and lead flow coordination with the SDR team via Salesloft. Lead field initiatives such as roadshows, peer group activations, third-party sponsorships, and executive-level experiences; execute high-quality events with 100+ attendees. Drive co-marketing with top MSP partners by building joint plans, leading quarterly reviews, and delivering co-branded campaigns with measurable ROI. Stay current on MSP market trends, buyer behaviors, and competition; use insights to shape go-to-market strategy and messaging with PMM and content teams. Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for MSP sales leaders; deliver enablement materials, event briefs, and updates to support alignment and readiness. Champion customer engagement by identifying MSP advocates for speaking opportunities, panels, and peer learning; support long-term community programs (User Groups, Advisory Boards). Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; share insights to drive continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. About You
Experience marketing to the MSP ecosystem is required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, or field programs. Deep understanding of the MSP business model and building trust-based, long-term marketing relationships beyond transactional engagement. Proven ability to create and execute multi-touch campaigns across ABM, events, email, and digital, owning full program delivery. Experience leading high-impact field programs, including executive events, sponsorships, and activations with 100+ attendees. Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, PMM, community, and business development teams. Data-literate and ROI-driven; makes decisions based on performance and optimizes for pipeline and revenue impact. Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Tableau, and Asana. Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Demonstrates integrity, curiosity, humility, and bias for action aligned with NinjaOne’s values.
