Overview
Director of Talent Operations at Kavaliro. We fuel success by solving problems for our clients within our Workforce Solutions Division, helping large organizations—including VMS-run enterprises—find the right talent and streamline hiring processes. We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our delivery team and support major clients by managing communications, tracking candidate progress, and building rapport with MSP, VMS and customer contacts. This is a support role with a relationship-first mindset. You’ll be the connector between Kavaliro and the MSP/VMS teams that manage our client’s contingent workforce program. You’ll help ensure that our candidates move smoothly through the hiring pipeline and that our client partners feel supported and informed. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for MSP/VMS contacts, managing email communications and inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Build and maintain strong relationships with external program teams and internal delivery staff to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. Track and report candidate progress from submission through onboarding, maintaining accurate documentation and dashboards. Monitor hiring activity, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate with recruiters and account managers to resolve bottlenecks. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance partner satisfaction. What We Need You to Bring
1+ years of experience in an administrative, recruiting coordination, or client-facing support role. Familiarity with staffing or VMS/MSP environments is a big plus. Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a knack for relationship-building. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. A good attitude and buy-in to Kavaliro’s entrepreneurial, collaborative culture.
