Overview

Director of Talent Operations at Kavaliro. Recruiter - Workforce Solutions Division. At Kavaliro, we help solve problems for our clients by finding the right talent for professional roles in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, HR, Marketing and beyond. Our delivery teams support commercial retail clients, large VMS-run organizations and Government contracts within the Department of Defense. We are seeking additional recruiters to join our delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for outside clients as part of a full lifecycle recruitment process, maintaining relationships from initial sourcing through placement and beyond.
• Contribute to a culture that encourages trial investments in new-to-market recruiting tools and ideas.
• Utilize phone outreach as a primary method to connect with talent, targeting 150+ calls per week.
• Assist candidates through the hiring process, coordinating with HR Coordinators for onboarding and occasionally chasing documents or time cards from consultants.
• Engage in cross-functional understanding of Kavaliro’s business to promote collaboration and new business development.
• Work in a vibrant recruiting environment with in-office roles and remote Fridays.

What we need you to bring

• One or more years of experience in a staffing agency recruitment setting (preferably for professional roles) or 2+ years in a professional client-facing role (e.g., B2B sales).
• General knowledge of the staffing ecosystem, including contract staffing, contract-to-hire placements, and direct hire recruiting.
• Exposure to Government recruiting (security clearances), IT/Engineering recruiting (including work visa considerations) and/or high-volume VMS client experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree is not required, but relevance to business through education or experience is preferred.
