2026 Future Talent Program - Animal Health Global Marketing - Co-Op (Swine) The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Responsibilities
Assist in the management of key Swine brand marketing projects. The individual will report to the Marketing Director and assist in the management of key projects for Swine team members, including our technical services veterinarians and our Executive Director. Actively support the Global Marketing Swine strategy across regions and territories via coordination and execution of marketing activities, including cross-functional communication with PR, social media, and events. Participate in Digital Transformation projects. Drive the approval process for marketing and technical documents in VEEVA, including proofreading, final material reviews, and tracking approvals/certifications. Liaise with creative agencies to optimize marketing materials according to team feedback and ensure consistency across materials. Assist in key marketing meetings and event planning: scheduling, agenda creation, attendee communications, etc. Full-time Co-Op position for 6 months; must be able to work full time during this period. Education
Candidates must be currently in the process of earning a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree. Candidates must be majoring in Business, Marketing, Animal Biology/Animal Science, Communications or English. Required Experience And Skills
Critical thinking to carry out instructions and make rapid, disciplined decisions within scope of authority. Problem solving involving several variables. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work independently. Preferred Experience And Skills
Excellent English communication skills, oral and written. Digital marketing proficiency/experience. Leadership roles during college. Additional language fluency. Experience in consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising. Experience working with or passion for animals. About Our Animal Health Division
