Overview

Senior Manager of Global Marketing to lead U.S. marketing strategy and execution for K-pop artists under KPOP Entertainment. Serves as a vital bridge between KPOP Entertainment’s Global Center in Seoul and U.S.-based partners, including major record labels, touring agencies, media outlets, and merchandise partners. The U.S. marketing lead will have deep understanding of both the Korean and U.S. music ecosystems and will develop and execute comprehensive, cross-functional, and culturally resonant campaigns that elevate KPOP Entertainment’s artists while aligning with global priorities and brand identity of both the artists and the company. Role & Responsibilities

Lead U.S. Marketing Strategy: Develop and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for KPOP artists in the U.S., collaborating with label partners and internal stakeholders across commercial, digital, press, radio, commerce, and more, aligned with KPOP HQ’s creative strategies and release priorities. Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with a wide range of U.S.-based partners and stakeholders to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns. Global Campaign Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between KPOP HQ and U.S.-based teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment on global timelines, and culturally relevant execution. Creative & Content Localization: Provide strategic input on adapting global creative and content initiatives for the U.S. audience while preserving each artist’s core identity. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Oversee marketing performance and reporting, including DSP and social performance tracking, fan engagement, campaign recaps, and business reviews to inform ongoing strategy. Fan Engagement and Market Trends: Monitor digital trends and interpret fan behavior in the U.S. to shape content strategy and community growth. Real-Time Communication: Maintain consistent, timely communication between KPOP HQ and U.S. teams, managing cultural nuances and time zone differences. Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in branding, media, digital, and commercial partnerships to enhance artist visibility and commercial success. Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in music marketing, ideally at a major label, talent management firm, or agency, with a proven track record of managing global artist campaigns. Direct experience working with K-pop artists or Korean entertainment companies is strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of the U.S. music industries, including DSPs, media, touring, merchandise, and fan ecosystems. Passion for K-pop and strong understanding of fan-driven culture and community engagement strategies is preferred. Demonstrated success in managing cross-border campaigns and aligning global release strategies. Experience with budget oversight, marketing performance analysis, and stakeholder management. Exceptional cross-cultural communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with precision and attention to detail. Fluent in English; Korean language proficiency is highly preferred. Salary
