Position: Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized individual with a passion for music to work at JET Management as a Marketing Coordinator. You will be working closely with the heads of the JET marketing department across diverse client rosters exposing you to a variety of experiences to prepare you for substantial career growth. Responsibilities: Assist with marketing of artist music campaigns, including global release schedules, digital promo, social media planning, DSP pitches, etc. Assist with marketing of artist tours, including asset organization, clear communication with agents and promoters, monitoring of ticket counts, grassroots activations, etc. Create and maintain key internal and external documents, including decks, one sheets, touring grids, etc. Efficient daily communication and information flow with team members, marketing department, and artists as needed, always ensuring confidentiality and discretion Coordinate and streamline marketing department workflows, tracking deliverables and deadlines across multiple campaigns Work with our advertising team to guide deployment of paid media spends, analyze ad performance, and communicate results and recommendations to artist teams Regularly audit artist websites and social platforms, flagging opportunities for growth and recommending improvements Track music and pop culture trends, social memes, viral moments, and influencer activity - sharing relevant insights and creative ideas to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve Ideation of creative content, including short-form video and fan engagement initiatives Salary:
$50,000-$80,000 USD annually Modality:

Qualifications: - This individual must have 2-4 years experience working with music artists or in the music industry as a marketing professional - Must have experience in various music genres and touring activities globally, as well as working with labels on music releases - Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and elevate campaigns - Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects at once - Deep familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube) and strong interest in influencer and fan community culture - Strong proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and File Sharing Platforms (Box, Dropbox) - A high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with managers business as well as personal contacts is essential - Ideal candidates must proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling high-stress situations in a calm manner - BA/BS degree required - Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are essential - COVID-19 full vaccination + booster dose #J-18808-Ljbffr
