Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it\'s not just about selling soap – it\'s about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Experience:

Driving sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results, seeking feedback, and taking ownership of your results to contribute to the store\'s overall sales. Deliver a world-class customer experience, identify customer needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and aim to leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand:

Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to increase traffic and inspire others to join in making a positive impact. Product Passion:

Continuously expand product knowledge, stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits, and confidently make informed recommendations for diverse customer needs. Team Involvement:

Develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and actively seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills and performance.

Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Columbia Mall Pay: $16.50 USD Best of luck on your job search, and don\'t forget to follow us to learn more!
