Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants) are a growing and critical segment of healthcare providers delivering patient care. The Marketing & Field Director, APP Strategy, Rheumatology will join and lead a marketing team and field-based APP Ambassador (APPA) team of over 30. This role will act as a leader in the Rheumatology marketing team and will report directly to the Senior Director, Portfolio Marketing, Psoriatic. The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping market strategy, tactics and field execution specific to the APP customer segment. This person will develop, retain, and motivate direct reports, support HR planning programs, and contribute to revenue performance in the U.S. to meet and exceed share goals. Rheumatology is a highly visible franchise across JJIM, and this second-level leadership position offers significant career opportunity. The role requires strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and extensive interaction with multiple stakeholders. Key Marketing Responsibilities

Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment. Develop and execute APP-specific marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and tactics to drive performance of gastroenterology products. Ensure strong partnerships with Sales and peer marketers responsible for Access/Fulfillment and DTC to ensure alignment from strategy to execution. Translate data into meaningful insights to shape strategy. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Finance, Quality, Sales and cross-franchise marketing to develop plans for the APP customer segment. Build relationships with external agencies and internal partners to ensure tactical execution. Partner with Legal, Medical, Regulatory & HCC to obtain approval of marketing materials. Demonstrate strategic and operational planning to deliver the HCP Marketing Tactical plan and ongoing plan optimization; accountable for BME. Uphold the Credo and promote a diverse, inclusive workforce. Field-based APP Ambassador Team

Lead a team to educate on PSA patient care, therapeutic options, and champion APP-specific needs; collaborate to secure resources for results. Develop and execute aligned business plans aligned with J&J strategies and customer needs. Lead, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team with varying levels of experience. Shape internal and external stakeholder alignment with customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes in line with J&J Credo and HCC guidelines. Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance. This is not an exhaustive list of duties. May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required

B.A./B.S. required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of commercial or related business experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing. Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience. Proven track record of business results and storytelling; comfortable trying new approaches. Strong learning agility and preferred exposure to clinical data. Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority. Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills, with demonstrated presentation abilities. Sales or sales leadership experience preferred. Agency/vendor relationship management experience required. Based in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) with up to 50% domestic travel. EEO Statement:
