We’re looking for Technical Associate Product Marketing Managers to join our high-impact product marketing organization. This is an opportunity that allows you to exercise your strategic vision, storytelling skills, and technical expertise. Technical Product Marketers are storytellers: simplifying complex concepts, crafting stories that are human and easy to relate to, highlighting customer success, and grounded in an understanding of our products & features. We measure our success by our ability to develop relevant positioning and messaging, innovative demos that bring our product use cases to life and drive sales pipeline and new customers into the business.
We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and a skill for translating our current and future capabilities into compelling stories. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling content to support our customers, partners, and sales teams. You are comfortable producing and presenting live demos, messaging, enablement, and demo education to our internal, partner and customer audiences. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product teams, marketing teams, sales teams, developers, designers, and more. The best candidates will be highly collaborative individuals and initiative takers who are motivated by a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Impact
Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging, and build innovative and differentiated product demonstrations based on our customers’ top goals and challenges
Roadmap our product strategy to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement
Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline
Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology
Keep current with technology trends and incorporate new technologies into our keynotes and demos
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalent.
Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutions.
Experience building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our corporate messaging, to running the technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers.
Ability to drive project execution with minimal direction and perform well in dynamic environment.
Phenomenal teammate with an ability to inspire through influence
Experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java (some mix), Design tools such as Figma.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travel
Preferred Skills
Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Video design and editing skills including recording and producing polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or FinalCut.
Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus. As well as application development on the Salesforce Platform
