Success also involves engaging authentically in social media communities and partnering with influencers who align with the credit union's mission to expand reach and build trust. A deep understanding of the digital sales funnel is essential, including the use of behavioral triggers, segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and automation to create personalized journeys that convert. You'll need to set clear performance goals, analyze campaign data, and continuously refine strategies based on insights. Collaboration with internal teams—such as Product, Lending, and Member Services—is key to aligning priorities and supporting digital-first solutions across all member touchpoints.
