Assistant Vice President Marketing Strategy Job Summary
Drives the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth goals, leading cross-functional teams and partnering across departments to optimize spend, elevate brand positioning, and support long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities
Develops and manages the annual marketing strategy and calendar in alignment with growth goals. Establishes KPIs and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Partners with Finance and IT to analyze data and optimize marketing spend. Leads and mentors the project management, creative, and field marketing teams. Fosters collaboration across departments to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives. B Builds a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Translates strategic objectives into compelling messaging frameworks and creative concepts. Ensures brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborates with the VP of Growth to evolve Trilogy’s brand positioning and differentiation. Partners with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to align marketing efforts with census goals and resident engagement. Supports service line innovation by marketing new amenities and programming that attract future consumers. Absorbs and operationalizes marketing-relevant responsibilities from the VP of Growth role, including: Strategic planning for long-term revenue growth; External brand strategy and stakeholder messaging; and Market research and competitive analysis. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
