Overview
Jiffy is seeking a Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing. This role reports directly to the CMO and works closely with General Managers to expand the media investment program into a more sophisticated full-funnel strategy, driving acquisition across multiple channels. The position requires hands-on acquisition marketing experience, the ability to blend data with creative strategy, and a track record of driving profitable customer acquisitions, optimizing conversion funnels, and measuring and reporting on programmatic marketing performance against business goals for both mature and new lines of business. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who is a builder by nature and enjoys growth hacking through data. Responsibilities
Assess, optimize, implement and continuously improve our digital marketing strategy including paid search, SEO, display, email, retargeting, and paid social. Drive monthly planning and forecasting of the programmatic marketing budget; manage to define CAC and volume targets with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against KPIs, market trends, and insights. Identify, prioritize and lead real-time, iterative marketing campaign optimization efforts; automate marketing operations to improve funnel efficiency. Expand the portfolio of digital marketing tech stack to automate reporting, analytics, and experimentation. Collaborate with the Data Science team to build marketing performance data and reporting structures; execute marketing-related tasks such as customer segmentation and audience building for effective targeting and attribution. Explore and implement new partnerships to expand reach and maintain strong relationships with external traffic generators to drive quality traffic to digital assets. Work with marketing, product and creative teams to test and improve creative assets and landing pages. Design and execute advanced incrementality and causal testing frameworks (geo splits, holdouts, MMM) to measure true channel contribution. Partner with creative teams to build structured, data-informed creative testing systems at scale and feed insights back into campaigns. Translate performance metrics into P&L impact; collaborate with Finance to align on payback, margin, and contribution profit targets. Integrate acquisition with lifecycle/CRM strategies to drive retention, cohort LTV growth, and reduce churn through automation and targeting. Leverage light scripting, APIs, and marketing automation beyond native tools to push efficiency and innovation in campaign management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 5-8 years in acquisition marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies. Mastery of metrics, data analysis, and tools like Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel; experience building dashboards or analytics programs is a plus. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a passion for using data to drive marketing decisions. Entrepreneurial spirit with a love for growth hacking, experimentation, and continuous learning. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture with integrity and accountability. Obsessive about experimentation (A/B testing, website and landing page iteration) and automation (email, content triggers). Proficiency in marketing technologies, analytics tools, and programmatic advertising, including platforms like Google Data Studio, CRM, Segment, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Customer.io, MailChimp, and HubSpot. Preferred Qualifications
