Social Element . What You’ll Do
Work in the travel and tourism world, connecting with the brand's audiences for the Chinese markets. Master context to address customer inquiries and comments with timely, professional responses that align with the brand’s tone of voice. Engage across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook to keep conversations vibrant and engaging. Be on the frontline of managing and growing an enthusiastic online community; act as a moderator to maintain a welcoming, judgement-free, open and inclusive space. Working Hours
We look for mixed flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to cover all possible project hours, as required by the client’s needs. More information provided during the process. Child Protection

Excellent Simplified Chinese language skills with superb writing ability for social media posts. Advanced English language skills for collaboration with diverse teams; training and communication are in English. Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency. Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding their audiences; ability to stay current with trends. Comfort with digital tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Social Sprout) and internal tools (e.g., scheduling tools, Google Chat). Cultural knowledge and interest in California; ability to learn the California brand and product offerings. Self-motivated, remote-friendly, structured in work approach with the ability to maintain productivity from home. IT Policy
We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy. To carry out this work, your PC must meet the following requirements: Operating system: Windows 11 / macOS 13 (Ventura) or higher with Admin credentials. At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended). Secure home broadband with minimum 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (50 Mbps/5 Mbps recommended). 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended). Webcam and headset. Android or iOS device for 2FA. Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you want to run a local VM, provide specs and your planned approach. Touchscreen monitor without a keyboard and mouse is not allowed.
