We plan and execute across paid media channels—from digital and social to OOH, print, audio, and broadcast. The Role You Were Born to Play As a Baldwin& Media Planner, you’ll help shape paid media strategies across a wide range of platforms and formats; partner closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate insights into thoughtful, measurable, and effective media plans—and work with media partners to bring those plans to life. You’ll be a key player in tracking performance, optimizing in real time, and sharing recommendations that push the work further. The Real Nitty-Gritty: Key Responsibilities Plan and execute media across multiple paid channels, including: Social:

Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, NextDoor Build audience strategies using research and cultural insights Write clear, compelling media briefs and collaborate with internal teams Traffic campaigns and manage live execution, optimizations, and reporting Monitor pacing and maintain accurate budgets across campaigns Analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations Maintain billing trackers, resolving discrepancies and reconciling actualizations Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members Stay ahead of trends across the media landscape and bring fresh thinking to the table Who You Are at Work (and Maybe at Home, We Won’t Judge) 2+ years of paid media planning and buying experience (agency preferred) Confident working across both digital and traditional media channels Experience building and managing campaigns in at least

two

of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, or a programmatic platform (e.g., The Trade Desk) Comprehensive understanding of paid digital channels (social, programmatic, SEM, CTV, etc.) Detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical Strategic thinker who’s fluent in media math, budgeting, and campaign performance Curious about new technologies, emerging platforms, and how media shapes culture Excellent communicator and collaborator Based in the Portland area with availability for occasional in-person client, vendor, and team meetings Lightning-Round Bonus Points If You Have Experience with omnichannel or integrated campaigns Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, MRI-Simmons, or Supermetrics Experience in DTC, retail, or e-comm verticals A sharp point of view — and the presentation chops to share it A genuine love of making things better This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Portland, OR area Occasional in-person meetings with clients, vendors, and team members will be required Full-time role with competitive salary and benefits And now, for some super formal but totally important detail-y stuff you ought to know This is a full-time position with benefits, reporting to Media Department Directors, and it is located near or in Portland, OR.
