Sales – Professional Oral Health – Territory Account Executive – (St. Paul, MN) – Open to Sales Professionals Are you a highly motivated Sales Representative who is passionate about dental health and bringing innovative products to the market? This role is with Procter & Gamble’s Professional Oral Health Organization as a Territory Account Executive (TAE). You will represent Crest and Oral-B to Dental Health Professionals and serve as the primary field contact, driving usage and recommendations within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with your manager to develop and implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets, and you will develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support. Responsibilities

Represent Crest and Oral-B and the broader Procter & Gamble Company to Dental Health Professionals as the primary field contact. Drive usage and recommendations among Dental Health Professionals in the assigned territory. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies and business plans to meet sales and volume targets. Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support. Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for the role. Location is field-based; reside in or be willing to relocate to the St. Paul/East MN metro or Hudson, WI area; territory includes St. Paul/Eastern MN metro plus Western and Northern WI metro areas. Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background. Healthcare/beauty care product sales or qualification as a Registered Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a changing environment, make independent decisions, and manage competing priorities; strong organization and time management; knowledge of IT systems (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Compensation and Benefits
