Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales tax compliance within the manufacturing sector. Oversee sales tax functions, ensuring accurate analysis of financial data and adherence to tax regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies and streamline compliance processes. Provide insights on the tax implications of business activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Assist with audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in sales tax compliance within the manufacturing industry.
