Program Coordinator, Office Of The Provost
Overview: This position supports the effective coordination and execution of program or project activities under minimal supervision. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating and supporting events, and performing administrative tasks related to recruitment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates program operation and procedures. Develops or oversees development of budget for the program. Develops, cultivates, and maintains working relationships with internal/external departments/agencies and other organizations associated with and/or receiving benefit from the program. Establishes program goals and objectives and directs program evaluation and quality control activities; develops and/or approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals. Plans and coordinates special events. Participates in conferences. Presents data and program information. Responsible for design, execution, and effectiveness of internal controls to ensure operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Reads literature and attends functions to stay informed about relevant scientific and technical developments related to the program. May provide supervision to staff members. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field. Experience: 5 years in the appropriate field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits
