Senior Designer

to join our New York team. You will play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our diverse client base, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong blend of technical skills and artistic flair. A well-rounded designer with interests in both graphic and spatial design.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design & Visualization:

Develop innovative design concepts for a wide range of events, translating client briefs and creative direction into compelling visual solutions.

3D Rendering & Scenic Design:

Produce high-quality 3D renders, detailed scenic designs, and technical drawings that effectively communicate design intent and facilitate fabrication.

Visual Branding & Identity:

Support the development and application of visual branding and identity elements across event collateral, ensuring consistency and impact.

Graphic Design:

Create impactful 2D graphics, presentations, signage, and other visual assets as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative director, project managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs from concept to completion.

Support New Business:

Through RFP proposal development, deck design and finesse, brand enhancement and content production.

Client Engagement:

Assist in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.

Trend Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Ideally 4+ years of experience in an

events, experiential marketing, or exhibition design

agency.

Portfolio:

A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D rendering, scenic design, graphic design, and experiential projects.

Software Proficiency:

Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to:

3D Rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion)

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.

Creative Vision:

A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibilities, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Technical Understanding:

Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and event production logistics.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.

Problem-Solver:

A proactive and adaptable individual who can troubleshoot design challenges and offer innovative solutions.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
