As the Camp Director and Events Manager, you will design, implement, and evaluate girl-centered, inclusive, and safe camp programs aligned with council priorities. You will develop innovative activities that foster leadership, confidence, and character while ensuring every girl feels valued and empowered in the outdoors. You will oversee program execution and create a space where girls can explore interests and build lasting friendships, prioritizing safety and inclusivity so all participants have a transformative camp experience. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate camp programs that are girl-centered, inclusive, and safe. Oversee camp management and coordination of activities, staffing, and logistics. Lead and supervise certified staff; promote leadership development for campers. Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed. Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute events and special programs. Qualifications

Age 25 or older. Minimum of two prior seasons in camp operations or youth programming; leadership experience preferred. Ability to follow the Girl Scout Promise and Law and a strong belief in the mission of Girl Scouting. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of camp safety regulations; valid drivers license with a safe driving record. Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Challenge Course Facilitation certifications.
