The Events Manager reports directly to the Club Director and oversees event operations and customer service. We hire kind-hearted professionals who tackle every challenge—no task too small, no goal too big. Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

Implement and streamline policies, procedures, and training programs related to event management. Assist in ensuring that the events team meets performance targets, including customer satisfaction and event execution quality.

Event Planning and Execution

Plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of events, including birthday parties, community gatherings, and special family events. Manage member feedback to continuously improve event offerings and experiences. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, including vendors, entertainers, and service providers.

Customer Service and Member Engagement

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained during all events. Engage with members to understand their needs and preferences, enhancing the overall experience. Contribute to the improvement of event spaces and the overall aesthetic appeal.

Staff Management

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, team cohesion and scheduling of staff for events. Oversee staff training and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist in managing event budgets, vendor contracts, and cost control measures. Analyze event profitability and contribute to strategies for financial growth.

Marketing and Sales

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote birthday party bookings and event participation. Assist in the development of social media content and other promotional materials. Conduct tours and engage potential customers by showcasing event capabilities and benefits.

Key Success Factors

Ownership of events operations and customer satisfaction. Expertise in sales, marketing, hospitality and event management. Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Candidate Qualifications

B.A. or equivalent degree in hospitality, education or relevant field preferred 3 years of experience in customer service, event planning in a professional setting Position type

Full Time, in-person, with weekend hours and seasonal flexibility (Thursday - Monday) Compensation

$75,000/year (plus bonus/commission 2%-8%, starting in 2026) Full-time Employee Benefits
