As a senior leader, you\'ll serve as the connective tissue between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring that field needs are represented in global planning and that global initiatives are translated into impactful regional programs. You will champion the integration of AI-powered marketing capabilities across regions, enabling your team to deliver smarter, faster, and more personalized programs. You\'ll also play a critical role in shaping how Skillsoft leverages AI to scale field impact, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline globally. Key Responsibilities
Global Field Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global field marketing strategy aligned to Skillsoft\'s growth objectives and regional sales priorities across North America, EMEA, and APAC/APJ.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a global team of field marketers, including managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Regional Amplification:
Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance and impact, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across markets.
Sales Partnership:
Partner with regional sales leadership to define goals, KPIs, and shared success metrics. Act as a strategic advisor to sales teams, providing tools, content, and insights to support outreach and conversion.
Campaign & Program Execution:
Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated regional campaigns, including field events, roundtables, trade shows, webinars, and partner activations.
Performance & Optimization:
Measure and analyze program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI across regions. Continuously optimize campaigns and tactics based on performance insights and market feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Sales to ensure a consistent and connected experience across the buyer\'s journey.
Voice of the Field:
Represent regional field needs in global marketing planning and strategy discussions, ensuring field perspectives are embedded in global initiatives.
Budget Management:
Lead the global field marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources across regions.
Qualifications
12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in field or regional marketing leadership roles.
Experience leading global field marketing teams across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC/APJ).
Proven success building and executing integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing supports sales execution.
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, learning tech, HR tech, or related industries preferred.
Experience with marketing and sales technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, ON24).
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
Target base salary range
for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $165,000 - $200,000 annualized. Benefits:
