Role Summary As the
Senior Graphic Designer , you'll be a key creative voice on our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you will develop compelling packaging artwork, product graphics, web assets, display artwork, and photorealistic renderings. You'll partner closely with marketing, product development, and sales to bring ideas to life in visually impactful, brand-consistent ways. Your work will directly shape how our products appear on shelves and online, driving visual excellence and consistency across all channels.
In This Role, You Will…
Design packaging artwork for a wide range of Mobile Accessories, ensuring brand guidelines and retailer requirements are met
Create product artwork including labels, manuals, and product graphics
Develop digital assets such as banners, email graphics, and social media visuals
Generate 2D and 3D product renderings for e-commerce and presentations
Design in-store display graphics and promotional signage
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with production partners to ensure flawless execution
Build physical and digital retail packaging mock-ups for internal review, line reviews, and customer presentations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
Contribute to concept development, brainstorming, and team critiques
Manage and maintain consistent naming/filing structure of collateral and images in-line with department standards on server
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal processes and creative quality standards
What You Bring to the Team
6-8 year's experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a corporate setting
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with an understanding of marketing/business.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Familiarity with rendering software (KeyShot, SolidWorks, Rhino or similar) strongly preferred
Solid understanding of print production processes, dielines, color accuracy, and packaging mechanics
Proven portfolio demonstrating strength in packaging, product design
Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
Understand general business principles and brand equity
Possess creativity, eye for design and efficient production skills
Excel at project management and multi-tasking
Take accountability for work
Be team-oriented but be able to work independently
Take initiative and solve problems
Handle constructive criticism and edits with professionalism and flexibility
The hiring range for this position in Schaumburg, IL is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
