Position Overview We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer
with a passion for consumer-packaged goods and strong packaging chops to help bring our new brand identity to life across multiple product lines and marketing touchpoints. You'll be responsible for developing creative assets that resonate both on-shelf and online — from extending packaging artwork and label systems to retail displays and digital content.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, creatively agile, and thrives in both collaborative brainstorms and independent execution. We’re looking for a conceptually strong designer who can turn big ideas into bold, brand-right creative.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Design and update eye-catching
packaging
(bags, boxes, pouches) that meets brand and regulatory requirements.
Execute production artwork, build
print-ready files , and manage technical accuracy with printer specs and vendor requirements.
Create accurate, high-quality
2D product renderings
based on final packaging artwork (labels, bags, cartons, pouches, etc.).
Apply artwork and branding assets to existing product templates or create new 2D mockups as needed.
Ensure renderings accurately represent
color, texture, materials, and finishes
(e.g., matte, gloss, metallic).
Create packaging and labeling that complies with
FDA and industry-specific regulations .
Support rollout of
brand identity
across all packaging SKUs, marketing assets, and customer-facing materials.
Concept and design assets for
trade shows, retail merchandising, events, and promotions
(e.g., banners, catalogs, shelf talkers, planograms, booth design, swag).
Contribute to
social media design
and
short-form content
development (UGC templates, motion graphics, visual storytelling).
Create
digital assets
for website, email, presentations, and eCommerce platforms.
Support
internal and external brand storytelling
through design.
Organize, create and maintain
asset libraries , renderings, and packaging files.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques in the CPG and pet space.
Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Participate in creative ideation, brainstorms, and review cycles with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
Seeking a designer who’s as skilled at creative concepting as they are at execution.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in graphic design, with a focus on
CPG packaging .
Strong portfolio showing packaging work — preferably for
pet products ,
supplements , or
natural consumer goods .
Deep understanding of
print production , materials, and finishes.
Experience creating and managing
printer-ready files , mock-ups, and supplier communication.
Expert-level proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Knowledge of
modern branding, typography, layout, and composition .
Experience with
asset management systems
and digital renderings.
Self-starter with excellent organization, time management, and
attention to detail .
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience working with eCommerce, social media visuals, and digital marketing teams.
