Position Overview
In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with all requirements of the Agreement, the Assistant Contract Manager assists in overseeing and managing all security personnel and operations and performs all relevant duties as assigned by the Contract Manager.
Candidates should expect to put in long hours and significant effort during the first 60 to 90 days to launch and stabilize the program.
Once established, the role will transition into a more stable, day-to-day operational rhythm. Compensation/Pay Transparency
$125,000/year Responsibilities
Report directly to the Contract Manager Ensure Triple Canopy personnel perform all duties and requirements of the Agreement, ensuring quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, controlling costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control and management of designated Triple Canopy personnel Respond to Client personnel in a timely, effective and professional manner Make decisions on behalf of Triple Canopy, particularly with respect to personnel-related issues Supervise all Triple Canopy personnel providing the Services Be available on a 24-hour basis to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported complaints or concerns Ensure all equipment and property is tracked, accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded Share overall responsibility with Client\'s Security Operations Centers for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan, including responsibility for ensuring that Triple Canopy personnel comply with all program requirements under the Agreement Serve as an additional focal point for Client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW Plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within the project budget Oversee, supervise, and provide security services during special events, including access control, event guest check-in, enforcing security SOPs, managing disruptions, collaborating with event organizers, and conducting patrols Assist in employee supplies and hiring Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years managing security officer personnel on a contract of similar size and complexity AND either 4 years of law enforcement OR 4 years of honorable military experience Bachelor\'s Degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience Verifiable experience and training in security awareness, mediation and conflict resolution, disaster and emergency situations, and managing personnel at various types of facilities Fully computer literate with computer hardware and software used to perform the Services 2-4 years of experience performing advanced organizational operations utilizing advanced Excel features, workflow management software, and image/presentation design software U.S. Citizen with a valid Social Security card and a valid state driver\'s license Must meet all medical and physical standards as outlined in the contract Must meet background screening, psychological, and drug screening requirements Outstanding written and oral communication skills in the English language Benefits

Work is typically in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions and long periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. Subject to outdoor conditions, high noise levels (including gunfire), and physical hazards such as proximity to moving parts, vehicles, electrical current, extreme temperatures, or chemicals. Physical Requirements
Heavy work: Exerting up to 200 pounds of force on rare occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator. Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb stairs or ladders, walk inclines, and traverse uneven terrain. Must meet all physical and psychological standards required by the contract.
