Vice President

to join our capital markets advisory team. This position is designed for a proven producer with

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, mortgage brokerage, or capital markets advisory

Originate, manage, and close capital markets and investment sales transactions. Lead client engagements from pitch through execution, ensuring best-in-class service. Expand existing relationships and develop new business opportunities. Oversee underwriting, structuring, and marketing efforts in collaboration with the team. Represent RARE CRE at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of success in CRE capital markets/mortgage brokerage, investments sales, or banking. Established production track record and strong client relationships. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong analytical, financial, and deal management skills. Entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate independently from day one. Compensation
