About the Role RARE CRE is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial

Commercial Real Estate Associate

to join our investment sales and capital advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals in the early stages of their career (1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or related fields) who want to accelerate their growth through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to high-level transactions. You’ll work directly with the firm’s principals to learn the business of capital markets and investment sales from the ground up—while building relationships with investors, developers, and lenders across Florida and beyond. – Commission-based structure with no ceiling. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prospect new clients using company-provided leads and your own outreach. Research market data and ownership records to identify opportunities. Support financial modeling, valuations, and offering memorandums. Assist in pitching and presenting proposals to clients. Market listings, structure financing requests, and attend industry networking events. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, or finance. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn new platforms. Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and eagerness to learn. Compensation 100% commission with unlimited earning potential. Option for performance-based draw after probationary period.
