A rapidly expanding, multi-brand residential services platform backed by a leading private equity firm is seeking a
Chief Financial Officer
to join its executive team. With operations across multiple Mid-South markets and an aggressive growth plan through acquisitions and greenfield expansion, this is a unique opportunity to help build a regionally dominant player in the essential home services space. About the Company
The company operates within a nationally recognized network, delivering a diverse suite of home services to thousands of homeowners annually. Led by seasoned operators with decades of industry success, the business has already achieved significant scale—over 200 service vehicles, 150+ technicians, and 25,000+ jobs annually—and is positioned for transformative growth. The Role
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, serving as a critical partner in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities include: Leading all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, HR, and IT. Partnering with the CEO/COO and private equity sponsor to drive value creation. Developing and executing acquisition integration, systems, and reporting enhancements. Building scalable infrastructure, KPIs, and performance metrics to support rapid growth. Acting as a strategic thought partner—authoring board materials, leading lender relations, and supporting M&A activity. The Ideal Candidate
Proven CFO, VP of Finance, or strategic Controller experience in a private equity-backed, multi-site services environment. Demonstrated success driving growth, operational reporting, and acquisition integration in a $75M–$300M+ business. High-energy, hands-on leader who embraces change and can balance strategy with execution. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Ability to work onsite at the Company's Memphis, TN headquarters. The Rewards
