University of Denver . The Daniels College of Business is a highly regarded school committed to excellence and innovation. This role sits at a newly forming center focused on entrepreneurship and business innovation, integrated with the college’s marketing and communications efforts. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with center leaders to develop and execute a unified brand identity, while supporting differentiated visual identities and messaging for specific programs. Promote the integrated centers on campus and off campus to drive awareness, enrollment, participation in courses, programs, and events. Ensure content aligns with the Daniels College of Business style guide and brand voice. Partner on strategic planning to grow awareness, program participation, and community engagement. Design marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (flyers, social media graphics, slide decks, reports, banners, event signage). Manage website content and design updates to keep digital materials current and compelling. Coordinate video projects that highlight center programs and impact. Grow and manage social media across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) with messaging for students, professionals, community, alumni, family business leaders, and sponsors. Write and schedule posts reflecting program offerings, events, and core values. Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar. Engagement & Promotion
Represent the centers at promotional events, creating branded experiences for attendees. Support program enrollment, event attendance, sponsorship, and philanthropic outreach through marketing and storytelling. Collaborate with the college’s central Marketing & Communications team for alignment and broader resources. Partner with faculty, staff, and program leaders across all integrated centers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication; the ability to present information clearly and resolve issues diplomatically. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with diverse teams. Customer-focused with a track record of service delivery. Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and to develop and document processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years in marketing, digital media, or related roles. Proficiency with design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and/or CMS systems (WordPress). Excellent written and visual communication skills. Familiarity with higher education or nonprofit environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education marketing. Experience in a startup environment. Experience supporting sales efforts. Working Environment & Schedule
Standard office environment with occasional interruptions; moderate to high stress at times; noise level from quiet to moderate. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with occasional evening events. Remote/hybrid options: 1–2 remote days per week dependent on on-campus program delivery; details to be discussed with the hiring manager. Application Process
