Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) A successful and proven sales history is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Real estate license required About Company
