field. Position Overview
The leader of Integrated Marketing is a senior leader with direct accountability for all paid, owned and earned media, content strategy, sponsorships, event marketing, and the internal Creative team. You will lead a team of 4 direct reports and 17+ indirect reports and are accountable for delivering ROI on a multi-million annual budget. You will be the chief strategist for all Community Coffee campaigns, overseeing rolling 12-month integrated plans while collaborating cross-functionally to inspire content that is relevant and distinctive and to execute customized experiences efficiently. The 360 integrated marketing campaigns include sponsorships, influencer marketing, events, public relations, digital marketing, branded partnerships, traditional media and more. This role also leads the corporate social responsibility strategy and all crisis communication strategies for external audiences. As a senior leader you may serve as a spokesperson for media interviews, deskside visits, public speaking, and more. Success is measured by growing brand awareness, deepening customer engagement, and executing according to the Brand strategy. You will lead a team that makes insight-driven decisions and shares learnings from analytics of the customer journey and brand strategy. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities Drives strategy, budget and execution of all paid, owned and earned media (PR, Social Media, Paid Media, Shopper Marketing, Events, Experiential Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and more) Builds and executes a full year marketing plan across owned, earned and paid channels Builds and executes strategies that drive meaningful engagement and retention of B2B and B2C audiences Oversees partnership portfolio (sponsorships) and makes timely recommendations to maximize ROI back to the Brand Works with Brand Management, Digital Marketing, ECOM and Western teams to collaborate on campaigns and media measurements Develops attribution modeling strategies to analyze effectiveness of integrated marketing executions Analyzes customer and audience insights to translate into marketing, community development, and growth strategies Trains and educates the team to strengthen bench strength of the Integrated Marketing team Mentors and coaches to elevate talent and develop succession plans Develops a defendable and unique brand identity and personas for house of brands Leads an internal creative team and external agencies to plan and oversee content execution (shopping/retail marketing, digital media, experiential marketing, etc.) Collaborates with sports teams and universities to grow audience Recaps efforts, analyzes and measures effectiveness for senior leadership Defines digital strategy and partners with Ecommerce to drive ecommerce sales, including Amazon Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, Customer Care, HR, Communications and other departments Leads strategy for B2B and B2C campaigns to grow product lines in support of brand strategy Drives influencer strategies to increase share of voice and drive trial/purchase intent Market Research: identifies needs and collaborates with Insights and BI teams Coordinates enterprise communications; acts as single point of contact for crisis and corporate communications Oversees philanthropic strategy and ensures effective execution Builds, develops, and retains talent to support short-term and long-term strategic plans Ensures succession planning is in place May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field required. MBA preferred. 10+ years marketing experience with a CPG brand 10+ years integrated marketing experience across paid, owned and earned media 5+ years in a senior leadership position Experience with Community Coffee or similar brands; may fulfill requirements at hiring manager's discretion with HR approval Deep media experience with a direct-to-consumer brand in a high-growth food/beverage or CPG environment Proven track record of delivering ROI through smart marketing investments Media trained and comfortable in front of cameras and speaking to large audiences Experience with sports sponsorships Corporate communications background with ability to lead and write communications as needed Experience with beverage/food consumer brands is desired but not required Excellent leadership and project management skills, including large-scale launches and rebrands Experience leading agencies and managing large budgets across multiple teams Proficient in MS Office What We're Looking For
