Sterile Processing Manager to oversee the Providence Mission Hospital Sterile Processing Departments in Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach, CA. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities

In charge of effectively and efficiently running the entire operations of the Sterile Processing Departments, the backbone of Mission and Laguna Beach Hospital OR. The SPD Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls all the activities related to equipment/instrument decontamination, processing, sterilization, and quality control. This position involves foresight and determines priorities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of department service without sacrificing safety, aseptic, and infection control standards. Qualifications

Graduation from academic or military program in Surgical Technology. 5 years of Experience in hospital sterile processing as Team Leader or Supervisor. Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences. Coursework/Training in decontamination, processing, sterilization, and quality control. About Providence

The base pay range listed is $44.35 - $68.86 per hour; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
