Overview
We are partnering with a publicly traded industry leader to find a seasoned social media professional to take ownership of the company’s digital presence. This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on creative involvement. You’ll oversee the full social media strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to create content, manage campaigns, and build engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated videographer, hire and mentor a Social Media Specialist, and collaborate closely with leadership on projects that directly impact business growth. It’s a chance to shape the voice of a national brand in a meaningful industry while also driving measurable results.
Compensation
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Total compensation (base + bonus) in the range of $115,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience. Lead the development and execution of social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Oversee and mentor a growing team, including managing a videographer and hiring a Social Media Specialist. Create and produce high-quality content, including video, graphics, and campaigns. Manage influencer relationships and partnerships to expand brand reach. Develop reporting around KPIs, analytics, and competitor tracking to inform strategy. Partner with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, freelancers, PR firms) to support campaigns. Balance both strategy and execution — from long-term planning to day-to-day posting and creative work. Ideal Candidate Profile
7–10+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years managing people. Proven success leading social media campaigns at scale, preferably in-house at a larger company. Hands-on creative skills in video production, editing, and content creation. Experience working with influencers and managing contracts/partnerships. Strong understanding of social media KPIs, reporting, and how to tie digital efforts to business goals. Industry background in real estate, property management, homebuilding, or similar markets preferred. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to senior leadership.
