(hybrid role; core in-office days in Minneapolis are Tuesdays–Thursdays, with at least 2 in-office days per week during those core days). We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our North American Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership Team. Your organizational skills and ability to navigate complex challenges with multiple stakeholders across time zones will help optimize efficiency and foster collaboration for our North America GTM Organization. Coordinate all meetings to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization of time, including daily management of 1:1s, team meetings, offsites, and customer/stakeholder meetings across time zones Conserve leaderships time by reading and routing email, initiating meetings, and drafting letters and documents Ensure the Leadership Team is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by gathering all necessary materials Provide comprehensive support with complex travel planning and expense management across multiple currencies Interface effectively with external partners, key customers, and team members on behalf of the North American Leadership Team Lead and/or coordinate team events, social gatherings, recognition gestures, and company offsites Support the GTM organization with coordination relating to talent and learning programs Work cross-functionally to ensure clear and efficient communication across teams Play a culture ambassador and community builder role for the company Prepare presentations, decks, agendas, reports, and other executive materials What you need to be successful

3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite leaders Experience in fast-paced startup or tech environments strongly preferred Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple leaders Familiarity with GTM or sales organizations and revenue operations is a plus Trustworthy and dependable, with discretion in handling highly sensitive information Highly motivated, organized individual with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision required Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to connect across all levels of leadership and across multiple time zones Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build a personal network across the company Bright, high-energy, adaptable individual with a passion to learn and contribute Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Apple products, and expense management systems Preferred qualifications

SaaS/B2B technology experience Sales organization or GTM support experience International business or event planning experience Project management skills Additional language skills (German preferred, not required) What you'll get

In compliance with local law, we disclose the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Minneapolis. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including location, experience, and performance. Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary per year. Other rewards may include commissions and program-specific awards.
