Overview
We’re looking for a
Junior Interior Designer / Architect
to support the development of our cafés nationwide. This role will assist in designing beautiful, functional hospitality environments that reflect our brand — from layout planning to sourcing materials and creating renderings. You’ll work closely with the design and construction team to help turn creative concepts into real, buildable spaces. Responsibilities
Assist in designing café layouts and architectural details aligned with the company's brand aesthetic. Create and update drawings using
Revit ,
AutoCAD , and
SketchUp . Support the selection of
materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
for new locations. Develop
3D renderings and presentation boards
to convey design concepts. Attend internal design reviews, vendor meetings, and collaborate with contractors and consultants. Stay up to date on hospitality design trends and materials suited for high-traffic environments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Interior Design ,
Architecture , or related field. 2 years of experience in a design studio or hospitality-related projects. Proficiency in
Revit ,
SketchUp , and
AutoCAD ; familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and visual storytelling. Passion for thoughtful, human-centered design Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative team environment. Other details
