This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, asset management, and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio. Analysts work directly with senior leadership, develop core analytical skills, and take ownership of initiatives that impact property performance and investment outcomes. Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and modeling to support asset management decisions across a multi-family portfolio. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to optimize property performance and investment outcomes. Support on-site property management activities as needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
