Responsibilities
Develop and publish engaging content across internal platforms, including Viva Engage and the SEA employee portal.
Support the execution and ongoing maintenance of the SEA intranet/employee portal.
Draft and distribute internal newsletters, leadership messages, employee campaigns, and office announcements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and HR to support internal initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, and training communications.
Monitor employee engagement metrics and provide recommendations to enhance internal communication efforts.
Assist in content creation and updates for the corporate website and external-facing platforms.
Support LinkedIn and other social media content planning and publishing, including leadership visibility, employer branding, and project updates.
Assist with the planning and execution of external events and campaigns.
Coordinate with regional and global teams for corporate communications alignment and asset localisation.
Collaborate with HR on employee engagement, internal culture, and branding projects.
Assist in the development of communication materials for HR-led initiatives (e.g., surveys, events, recognition programs).
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or corporate affairs.
