Overview Roles and responsibilities focus on governing strategic partner relationships, aligning vendor services with business objectives, and driving performance improvements across contracts and SLAs.
Responsibilities
Support strategic partner governance model through process oversight, tracking and reporting on contractual commitments/benefits, internal and external stakeholder cadence management, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business objectives.
Evaluate vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, and implement improvements when necessary.
Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; support dispute resolution if issues arise.
Provide data, analytics, and reporting to procurement team and leaders as needed.
Support contracting lifecycle from RFP to SOW.
Support process initiatives as requested.
Provide training to stakeholders on processes and best practices.
Qualifications/Experience/Education
SRM experience with technology service partners.
Technology procurement sourcing and contracting.
Experience with procurement technologies (CLM, RFP, etc) and enterprise tools – Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite/Copilot, Smart Sheets, Ironclad, Service Now, etc.
Able to influence internal and external stakeholders, executives, and leaders.
Articulate with strong communication, people, and leadership skills.
Experience working with both virtual and physical global teams.
Strong problem solving and change management ability.
Evidence of managing strategic relationships and technology contracts.
Ability to interact positively with all internal stakeholders across cultures, countries, and disciplines; maintain impartiality and drive business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including skill set, level of experience, and location. The pay range for this position is:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $115,000 - $120,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Information on benefits offered is provided by the company.
