$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Position: Investor Relations Associate Location: Downtown NYC (Hybrid) Salary: $110K – $140k + Bonus Prestigious private equity firm seeks a Junior Investor Relations Associate to join their Team Responsibilities

CRM Management:

Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm’s CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Track all investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines to support effective relationship management. Assist in completing standard due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals. Coordinate responses across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments. Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date, high-quality materials. Email Inbox Management:

Monitor the general Investor Relations email inbox and triage incoming messages. Draft and send timely, accurate, and professional responses to routine investor inquiries. Log all relevant correspondence and follow-ups in the CRM. Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates. Coordinate documentation collection, verification, and input with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance. Meetings, Events & Presentation Support:

Assist in creating, formatting, and updating investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel. Help prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client services, RFP writing, or financial operations. Knowledge of asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools a plus. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job details
