About the Role
The Media Transformation team focuses on hands-on activation of programmatic channels, including tagging, trafficking, buying, and more. We ensure governance, support, and best practices around platform usage to achieve media and business goals, and aid in building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts. You will support a Media Transformation Engagement, embedding with large enterprise clients to support in-housing initiatives. As part of a broader team, you will manage, optimize, and report on clients’ programmatic campaigns, and help transform in-house buying capabilities by developing efficient workflows, consolidating best practices, and implementing governance in collaboration with team members. Note: This is a remote/hybrid role with work across the US and/or internationally. Responsibilities
Own clients’ programmatic media efforts, including campaign planning, trafficking, setup, QA, and optimization across platforms such as CM360, DV360 (YouTube), Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk. Manage client communications, provide updates, and address questions. Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks, coordinate cross-functional projects, and influence decisions and outcomes. Create and document new processes based on best practices; identify and optimize inefficiencies for smoother workflows. Formalize well‑run processes into long-term documentation for future client teams. Use internal tools for daily tasks (Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.). Stay up-to-date on Monks offerings and identify opportunities to enhance client services. Key Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on programmatic campaign management experience in an agency, ad tech company, trading desk, or client-side role. Ad Operations experience trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in Flashtalking or CM360. Experience building programmatic campaigns on at least one in-scope platform: DV360 (YouTube), Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk. Ability to develop, communicate, and execute digital strategy with minimal guidance. Understanding of the digital media landscape and platform roles within the ecosystem. Experience extracting and interpreting insights from data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Proficiency with functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, and IF statements. Ability to summarize data and visualize trends with pivot tables and charts. Skills: Ability to navigate ambiguity and address explicit problems or roadblocks. Strong client management and day-to-day communication skills. Ability to conduct effective internal and/or external meetings with clear agendas and action items. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly. Strong learning mindset, adaptability, and willingness to test new ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance individual tasks with team priorities. Strong self and social awareness with clients, teams, and peers.
